Erin M. Jensen

Erin Jensen takes a unique and practical “results oriented” approach to his transactional and litigation practice by leveraging his business experience and 14 years of commercial litigation. His legal practice focuses on commercial litigation, corporate law (including formation, mergers and acquisitions), real estate law, and construction law. Mr. Jensen also serves as general counsel to a broad range of companies.

Prior to the formation of Jensen Cofer LLC, Mr. Jensen was a commercial litigator and transactional attorney in the Colorado Springs and Denver offices of Hogan & Hartson (now HoganLovells). Before joining HoganLovells, Mr. Jensen worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Daniel V. Zemaitis in Michigan.

In law school, Mr. Jensen served as the Editor-In-Chief of the Journal of Business and Securities Law, the Executive Director of the Moot Court Trial Program, and a National Appellate Advocate. Prior to law school, Mr. Jensen owned and operated a construction company and served as a part-time tactical firearms instructor for law enforcement.

Trevor L. Cofer

Trevor Cofer has over two decades of litigation and trial experience, which includes extensive work in the insurance defense industry. He has tried a number of construction defect, auto, and professional liability cases, many of which resulted in favorable or defense verdicts. He has handled large case loads during his career, from the pre-litigation stage through trial and appeal. He has represented various general contractors and subcontractors in multi-family and single-family construction defect matters.

Mr. Cofer was a partner in a prominent defense firm in Colorado for many years and worked with another leading firm in Texas, before returning to Colorado.

Additionally, he has experience in dental, mental health, premises liability, catastrophic injuries and wrongful death cases.

In law school, Mr. Cofer was Marketing Editor of the Stetson Law Review and qualified for Moot Court at Stetson - the #1 trial advocacy school in the U.S. He also interned for Federal U.S. District Court Judge, Henry Lee Adams, in the Middle District of Florida.
